Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the design, construction and implementation of waste‑treatment and bio‑fertiliser production plants in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. The role will be pivotal during the first year of commercial rollout, ensuring that technical, regulatory and operational milestones are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical design processes with internal teams and external experts to develop waste‑treatment, fertiliser and electricity production solutions.
• Manage legal and institutional obligations, including EPA, MOFA and EC certifications.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule covering administrative and field operations.
• Oversee the up‑scaling of production plants to additional target sites within the region.
• Report progress to the Management Team and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Chemical or Civil Engineering, Environmental Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years post‑qualification industrial experience in project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and lead multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project.
• Knowledge of EPA, fertiliser and energy certification processes.
