Project Manager | Scrum Master

About the role

The organization is looking for a Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across software teams. You will coach teams, ensure quality standards, and remove impediments to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Enable teams to self‑organize and deliver using Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and iteration demos.
• Coach Product Owners to keep the backlog refined and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Monitor and enforce Definition of Done, quality rules, WIP limits and other Agile guidelines.
• Identify risks, design mitigation strategies and own issue resolution across the delivery ecosystem.
• Track Agile metrics such as burn‑down, velocity and estimate accuracy.
• Highlight and manage dependencies with other teams or external partners during sprint planning.
• Collaborate with team leads to create a continuous‑improvement roadmap.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience working with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM I) or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using Agile tooling such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
