Property Sales Consultant – Accra

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Property Sales Consultant to join our Accra team. You will build strong client relationships, guide customers through property purchases and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through calls, emails, presentations, and consultations.
• Provide professional guidance and expert advice throughout the property purchasing process.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable property solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field is advantageous.
