About the role
The Aqua Safari Resort is seeking a motivated Purchasing Officer to support its procurement activities at the new Ada location. The role involves managing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring that all acquisitions align with the resort’s operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify material specifications and delivery schedules.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with the resort’s Standard Operating Procedures and budgeting guidelines.
Required profile
- Ability to quickly learn and apply the resort’s SOPs.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer usage.
- High motivation and desire to succeed.
