QA Executive

About the role

We are seeking a QA Executive to join our new state-of-the-art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The role focuses on ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards and that quality documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Key responsibilities

• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of cGMP and SOPs across the facility.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR) to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and audit quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and deviation reports.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and prepare related documentation.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification (e.g., degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field).
• Experience in a quality assurance role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and SOP management.
