QA Executive – Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance

About the role

The Quality Assurance Executive will support OA&J Pharmaceuticals’ new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills by ensuring that all manufacturing activities meet current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and internal Standard Operating Procedures. The role focuses on driving compliance, reviewing key documentation and maintaining high‑quality standards for pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of cGMP and SOPs across the facility.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR) to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and support external inspections.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality control teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in pharmacy, pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry or a related field.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and SOP management.
