QA Executive – Quality Assurance for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated QA Executive to join our new state‑of‑the‑art pharmaceutical facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards and internal quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across production lines.
• Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR) for compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with production, R&D and regulatory teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology or a related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs and batch record management.
