Quantity Surveyor – Construction Cost Management

About the role
We are looking for an analytical and detail‑oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage costs and contracts across construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on budget and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assess and advise on project costs, risks and value engineering.
- Conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, time and labour costs.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project delivery.
- Monitor expenditures, maintain financial records and prepare cost reports and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, costs and regulations.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to work under pressure; professional certification is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Revit.
