Recruitment Manager

About the role

The company, a fast‑growing diversified business in Ghana, is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its talent acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across all levels to support the organization’s ambitious growth plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business needs.
• Lead, mentor and develop the recruitment team to ensure high performance.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring requirements and deliver effective talent solutions.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking and employer branding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and use data‑driven insights to improve efficiency and hiring quality.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies and diversity hiring goals.
• Negotiate employment offers and coordinate onboarding with HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in the manufacturing sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in high‑volume general worker hiring and senior‑level recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labor laws and best hiring practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing techniques.
