Recruitment Manager

About the role

People & Partners Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead its recruitment operations across Africa and beyond. The role involves supervising a team of recruitment consultants and coordinators, managing client portfolios, and ensuring high‑quality, timely hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with client needs and market trends.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment: job briefings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple sectors.
• Serve as primary contact for key client accounts, providing regular updates and market insights.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate recruitment consultants and coordinators.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and support business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or HR consultancy.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial recruitment role.
• Strong knowledge of local and regional hiring practices and labor laws.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
