Recruitment Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition strategy and expand our talent pool through innovative, multi‑channel sourcing. You will design and execute sourcing initiatives that tap public job boards, community networks, educational institutions, and professional referrals to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company growth and workforce planning.
• Design creative, multi‑channel sourcing campaigns targeting job boards, social media, community outreach, schools, universities, and alumni networks.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking and employer‑branding activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with community leaders, local officials, schools, technical training centers, and professional bodies.
• Partner with educational institutions to organize career fairs, internships, and apprenticeship programs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Monitor recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source‑of‑hire, quality of hire) and use data to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, recruitment policies, and diversity hiring goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to strengthen Keda Ghana’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven ability to design and execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies.
• Strong network‑building skills with community, educational, and professional organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
