Recruitment Supervisor – Manufacturing

About the role

Keda Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, a leading tile manufacturer in Ghana and West Africa, is looking for a charismatic Recruitment Supervisor to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for shop‑floor and supervisory positions. The role blends public representation, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on recruitment to attract both skilled artisans and professional staff.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview, and hire skilled workers, functional staff, and factory‑floor personnel.
• Maintain and update the Offer Approval sheet with real‑time recruitment data.
• Oversee onboarding, including bank account setup and verification for new hires.
• Ensure complete onboarding documentation and compliance for all hires.
• Lead salary negotiations for skilled positions.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment‑related reports.
• Represent Keda at external meetings with artisan groups, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct field recruitment drives in targeted communities.
• Build and maintain relationships with assemblymen, community heads, and local influencers.
• Supervise and coach the recruitment team, delivering training and mentoring to improve performance.

Required profile

• Strong internal knowledge of the company’s systems and people is preferred.
• Confident, presentable, and able to represent the company in both formal and grassroots settings.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive.
• Excellent public speaking and persuasive communication skills.
• Natural networker capable of building genuine relationships.
