Region Equipment Specialist – Pressure Pumping

About the role

As a Region Equipment Specialist for Pressure Pumping, you will manage equipment planning, procurement, and forecasting to support well construction and production projects. You will ensure equipment readiness and compliance with Baker Hughes standards while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and procure equipment in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage equipment inventory, forecasting, and utilization.
• Meet regional and global equipment performance KPIs.
• Drive equipment readiness for job mobilization and sustain service delivery.
• Update internal Baker Hughes systems and processes to ensure compliance.
• Follow internal Health, Safety and Environment policies.

Required profile

• Solid experience using SAP.
• Good understanding of asset management principles.
• Competency in oilfield pressure pumping operations and services.
• Experience in asset planning and forecasting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
