Regional Brand Representative (Ghana)

About the role

OnsaFX, a regulated brokerage licensed by the FSCA, is seeking a Regional Brand Representative to own and grow its brand presence across Ghana. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Forex ecosystem, strong public‑speaking abilities, and an extensive network within trading communities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent OnsaFX at expos, conferences, seminars and other industry events throughout Ghana.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners.
• Increase regional visibility by communicating brand values and positioning the firm’s offerings.
• Organise and host community sessions, meet‑ups and educational events both online and in‑person.
• Deliver market updates, platform walkthroughs and business presentations to potential partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute expansion strategies and report market feedback, opportunities and competitor insights.
• Maintain a professional, credible presence as the face of OnsaFX in the region.

Required profile

• Based in Ghana with willingness to travel regionally.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the Forex/CFD industry (brokerage, IB network, sales, business development or education).
• Strong understanding of brokerage models, IB structures and partner growth strategies.
• Confident public communicator with a track record of building relationships and closing partnerships.
• Highly organised, self‑managed and able to work independently.
• High professional standards and alignment with a regulated environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 trading platforms (plus).
