Regional Business Process Executive – West & South Africa

About the role

PIL is seeking a proactive Regional Business Process Executive to lead process improvement, standardisation and transformation initiatives across the West and South Africa region. Based in Accra, you will collaborate with regional leadership, Business Process Owners, HQ functions and external vendors to identify opportunities and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process reviews to identify automation, digitalisation, standardisation and best‑practice opportunities.
• Analyse and design robotic process automation (RPA) and macro‑based solutions, working with technical teams on implementation.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to capture requirements, design change requests and deliver system enhancements.
• Document end‑to‑end business processes and ensure clear communication with agencies.
• Lead and participate in business process projects, focusing on Sales and Customer Service processes.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training to Business Process Specialists and agency stakeholders.
• Support change‑management initiatives and prepare regular performance updates for regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations or a related field.
• Exposure to project‑management methodologies such as PMP, PMI, Agile or Scrum.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrable experience applying continuous‑improvement methods.
