Regional Manager – Field Sales (Ghana)

About the role

M-KOPA is seeking a Regional Manager to own and grow its field‑sales corridor across Bono, Bono East, Ahafo and the Northern regions of Ghana. You will lead a high‑performing team, shape strategy on the ground and drive financial inclusion for underserved earners.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end regional performance: sales delivery, productivity, people discipline and sustainable growth.
• Set strategic direction, lead from the field and hold the region to the highest standards.
• Manage 12 Sales Executives, 21 territories and a Deputy Regional Manager, building management depth and expanding clusters.
• Use data‑led decision making for territory reallocation, resource deployment and succession planning.
• Maintain a structured field presence, coach FSMs, and conduct regional reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to shape and execute regional strategy.
• Mission‑driven mindset focused on financial inclusion and impact.
• Willingness to work fully on‑site across Sunyani, Tamale and surrounding territories.
• Readiness to grow into a future Head of Sales role.
