Regional Manager – Ghana

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead sales growth across Ghana for Zoomlion West Africa, a leading high‑end equipment manufacturer. The role involves engaging customers, generating leads, strengthening relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to expand the business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage sales growth in Ghana by engaging customers and generating leads.
• Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads from sub‑ordinates to support product lines.
• Contact potential customers by phone and visits to promote the company’s products and services.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain and update activities in the CRM, achieving pipeline and recovery goals.
• Monitor competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in construction, heavy machinery, or automobile industry sales is an added advantage.
