Regional Media Operations Manager

About the role

Publicis Media seeks a highly organised, commercially minded Regional Media Operations Manager to strengthen media delivery across Central and West Africa. The role will build operational discipline, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant media services across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve end‑to‑end workflows across briefing, planning, authorisation, buying, activation, reporting, reconciliation, billing and campaign closure.
• Lead campaign‑readiness and quality‑assurance processes, maintaining QA checklists, issue logs and audit‑ready documentation.
• Connect budgets, purchase orders, media costs and client billing, tracking spend and identifying discrepancies early.
• Drive adoption and governance of the Starscape platform, coordinating training, user‑acceptance testing and change management.
• Establish operational standards for agencies, media owners and technology vendors, maintaining service scorecards and audit readiness.
• Develop onboarding playbooks and training, coaching teams on workflow discipline and financial controls.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in media operations, advertising operations, campaign governance, project or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of the media campaign lifecycle from planning to billing.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities in a multi‑market environment.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and written English communication.
