Regional Recruitment Manager

About the role

As a Regional Recruitment Manager you will build brand presence and drive business development with B2B recruitment partners across the Central Region. You will support student recruitment for GEA partner universities and colleges, working closely with the Africa development and recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and activate new B2B recruitment agency partners, delivering product demos and training workshops.
• Manage and grow strategic partner accounts across East and South Africa, driving revenue and enrollment targets.
• Develop territory plans to increase application flow, conversions and market penetration, representing GEA at events and fairs.
• Track partner performance against KPIs, providing market intelligence and region‑specific strategy recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal operations, admissions, product and marketing teams to improve service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in EdTech, B2B sales and international education/student recruitment.
• Proven experience in agency partner onboarding and account management.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and engagement skills.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education or related field.
