Regional Sales Manager

About the role
OA&J Pharmaceuticals is expanding its new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra, and is looking for dynamic Regional Sales Managers to lead, coach and grow its sales teams. You will be responsible for driving sales performance across the assigned region while upholding the company’s high standards for quality medicines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales representatives.
- Set and monitor regional sales targets and performance metrics.
- Implement sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Report on market trends, competitor activities and sales forecasts.
Required profile
- Relevant qualification for a sales leadership role (as stated in the posting).
- Experience in pharmaceutical or related product sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
