About the role

OA&J Pharmaceuticals is expanding its sales footprint in Ghana and seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing sales team at its new state‑of‑the‑art facility in Shai Hills, Greater Accra. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality medicines while meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key responsibilities

Lead and motivate a regional sales team to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Report performance metrics to senior management and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

Relevant qualification in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
