Job description
Key responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and adequate compliance responses to Sanctions and AML/CFT enquiries sent by the Compliance department.
- Participate in all annual mandatory refresher training organized by Compliance.
- Report all suspicious or fraudulent activities to Compliance via the whistle‑blowing toll‑free line.
- Ensure all opened accounts are KYC compliant and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum first degree and knowledge/experience in banking or financial services, preferably in the SME sector.
- 3‑5 years’ experience in SME banking, business banking, commercial lending, sales and relationship management.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial statements.
- Proven track record in sales and strong credit risk assessment skills.
- Sound knowledge of bank products, banking practices and theories.
