Remote Business Operations Intern

About the role

VendorApps is looking for a motivated remote intern to support day‑to‑day platform operations. You will gain hands‑on experience with a SaaS business automation platform while assisting teams that deliver bulk SMS, payment workflows, and invoicing services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and testing digital services such as payment collections, bulk SMS campaigns, and invoice generation.
• Research user needs, document processes, and create basic user guides or FAQs.
• Respond to user inquiries under supervision and coordinate with product or support teams.
• Perform data entry, quality checks, and simple analytics reporting using spreadsheets.

Required profile

• Interest in digital business tools, SaaS platforms, or online automation.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, IT, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple small tasks.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
