Remote Sales Representative – SaaS Products

About the role

TecEase Consult is looking for motivated individuals to sell its SaaS solutions – a web‑based POS system and a school management platform. The position is fully remote, flexible, and commission‑based, allowing you to earn according to your sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential customers such as schools, retail shops, restaurants and other businesses.
• Promote TecEase POS and TecEase Scholar via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Generate leads through online research, networking and referrals.
• Conduct online or in‑person product demonstrations and answer prospect questions.
• Follow up with prospects, handle objections and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities and closed deals.
• Build long‑term relationships to encourage renewals and referrals.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, digital marketing or business development.
• Basic computer, smartphone and internet knowledge.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a smartphone or computer.
• Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp, email and social media platforms for outreach.
