About the role
The Renal Technician will assemble and maintain dialysis machines, monitor patients undergoing dialysis, and uphold the highest safety and cleanliness standards within the new Bank Hospital.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble dialysis machines and ensure proper performance.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, adjusting fluid removal rates as needed.
- Administer local anaesthesia and guide patients through the dialysis process.
- Collaborate with nurses and doctors, responding to emergencies promptly.
- Sterilise equipment before use and develop training material for staff.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in dialysis/nephrology technology.
- Registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
- Relevant clinical experience and dedication to patient care.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
