Reseller Coordinator

About the role

The Reseller Coordinator will drive growth and sustainability of Jibu's distribution network across Africa. You will identify, onboard and manage high‑performing resellers while ensuring they reflect Jibu’s standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement localized marketing and sales campaigns within reseller territories, tracking KPIs and ROI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees and resellers, providing tools, training and strategic support.
• Collaborate with agency partners on above‑the‑line activities such as creative development and media buying (radio, TV).
• Lead field sales initiatives to increase market penetration of resellers and retail outlets.
• Provide real‑time coverage of community activations, market events and corporate activities on social media.
• Gather feedback on sales and marketing performance and relay insights to management.
• Develop partner‑related campaigns, content collaborations and CSR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or a related field.
• Strong writing, storytelling and content‑creation abilities (blogs, press releases, op‑eds).
• Ownership mindset, critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Desire for continuous learning and ability to work independently.
