Restaurant Acquisition & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Ryno Delivery is expanding its restaurant network across Ghana and needs a proactive sales professional to lead the acquisition of major restaurant partners. You will be responsible for signing, onboarding and growing relationships with the country’s biggest restaurant chains.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and sign major restaurants, chains and high‑demand brands onto the Ryno platform.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of new restaurant leads across Accra, Tema and beyond.
• Negotiate commercial terms, exclusives and launch promotions.
• Hand over accounts to account management while remaining the senior contact for top partners when needed.
• Report on pipeline, signings and revenue generated from new accounts.

Required profile

• Existing relationships with major restaurants and restaurant groups in Ghana.
• 3+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably with restaurant accounts.
• Proven track record of attracting and closing new clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort dealing with owners and senior management.
• Self‑driven, organised and comfortable working to targets.
• Experience at a delivery app or food aggregator is a plus.
