Restaurant Acquisition & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Ryno is a fast‑growing food and goods delivery platform based in Accra. We connect customers with their favourite restaurants and stores, and we are expanding our restaurant network rapidly. We are seeking a proven sales professional to own and grow relationships with Ghana’s biggest restaurants and chains.

Key responsibilities

• Sign major restaurants, chains and high‑demand brands onto the Ryno platform.
• Build and manage a pipeline of new restaurant leads across Accra and beyond.
• Negotiate commercial terms, exclusives and launch promotions.
• Hand over accounts to account management while remaining the senior contact for top partners when needed.
• Report on pipeline, signings and revenue from new accounts.

Required profile

• Existing relationships with major restaurants and restaurant groups in Ghana.
• 3+ years of sales or account‑management experience, preferably with restaurant accounts.
• Proven track record of attracting and closing new clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort dealing with owners and senior management.
• Self‑driven, organised and comfortable working to targets.
