About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations of a busy restaurant located in the Airport Area of Accra. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food service, maintaining safety standards, and driving customer satisfaction while managing a diverse team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and control waste to optimise costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost sales.
- Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and track expenses.
- Keep the restaurant environment clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and updates.
Required profile
- Minimum HND or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in food service or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
