Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

The Restaurant Supervisor will lead daily operations of a busy restaurant in the Greater Accra Region. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures high service standards, smooth coordination between front‑of‑house and kitchen, and a welcoming experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise staff, schedule shifts and monitor performance.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring hygiene and safety compliance.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Train and support team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Manage reservations, seating plans and coordinate with the kitchen for accurate order delivery.
• Assist with inventory control, basic reporting and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Minimum 5 years continuous experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Relevant diploma or certification in hospitality, tourism or restaurant management (advantageous).
