About the role

ECCBC is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager to lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda across its West and Central Africa Business Unit. You will shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies, optimise commercial architecture and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

Key responsibilities

Shape pricing, affordability and portfolio strategies across multiple markets.
Optimise brand, pack, price, channel and promotional architecture.
Identify opportunities to accelerate volume, revenue and contribution margin growth.
Strengthen promotion effectiveness and commercial investment ROI.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy and Data teams.

Required profile

5–8 years of relevant FMCG or commercial experience.
Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Category Management, Commercial Strategy or Business Analytics.
Strong understanding of FMCG economics and commercial value creation.

Required skills

Advanced analytical, financial modelling and scenario‑planning capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI or related analytical tools.
