About the role
The Robotic Mentor will lead hands‑on robotics and STEM training for learners in Kumasi. This full‑time, on‑site position involves guiding participants through building and programming robots while fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver interactive robotics training sessions.
- Prepare instructional materials and supervise lab activities.
- Provide individualized coaching to help learners progress.
- Collaborate with other mentors to improve curricula.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive classroom setting.
- Engage with local schools and community groups to promote robotics.
Required profile
- Robotics and STEM experience, with practical project involvement.
- Both SHS and degree holders are welcome; commitment to learning and teaching is essential.
- Willingness to relocate to Kumasi if needed.
