RTM Coordinator – Import & Hybrid Markets

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially‑minded RTM Coordinator to drive the rollout of Route‑to‑Market and Omnichannel initiatives across Import and Hybrid markets in the WAC region. The role sits at the heart of commercial transformation, supporting market execution, digital channel adoption and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of digital commercial channels such as eB2B platforms, telesales, WhatsApp ordering, marketplaces, CRM and sales force automation tools.
• Partner with commercial, field sales, operations, BTS, distributors and external vendors to support governance, action tracking and execution follow‑up.
• Track RTM and Omnichannel KPIs, prepare dashboards and performance reports, and identify gaps for corrective action.
• Support onboarding, training and activation campaigns for internal teams, distributors and customers, collecting feedback to improve adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial, route‑to‑market, sales operations, CRM/SFA or digital commerce environments, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of distributor‑based business models and cross‑functional initiative coordination.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM/SFA systems.
• Experience with digital commerce platforms.
