Sales Agent

About the role

The Sales Agent position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Nalerigu, Ghana. You will work directly with customers, explaining product features and benefits, and guiding them through the purchase and enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in the local market.
• Deliver sales presentations and clearly communicate product and insurance information.
• Complete sales documentation and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Follow up with customers to guarantee satisfaction and encourage retention.
• Resolve routine inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Participate in training sessions and share market feedback with the team.
• Contribute to individual and branch sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities, with the capacity to explain products clearly.
• Solid sales and insurance‑related experience; prior work in field sales, retail, micro‑finance or similar roles is preferred.
• Ability to learn new products quickly and support basic peer training.
• Familiarity with the local market around Nalerigu.
• Basic computer and mobile device literacy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
