Sales and Growth Partner

About the role

AIGAfrica Is Great (AIG) is seeking a Sales and Growth Partner to expand its medical‑supply distribution network across Ghana. You will work directly with top hospitals and private dialysis centres, driving new business and supporting the company’s mission to improve access to life‑saving healthcare products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage hospitals, clinics and dialysis centres to present AIG’s product portfolio.
• Lead outreach activities, conduct follow‑up meetings and negotiate supply agreements.
• Close new sales deals and ensure smooth hand‑over to logistics and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, analyse sales data and recommend strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and expand market presence.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of GHS 2,000 per month.
• 3% commission on all new sales closed.
