Sales Associate

About the role

IndigoHomes, a BlackIvy venture, is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive business-to-business sales for its residential projects in Greater Accra. The role focuses on generating leads, managing the sales journey, and converting prospects into satisfied homeowners.

Key responsibilities

• Originating, leading, and delivering B2B sales presentations.
• Analyzing sales contracts and targeting potential B2B leads.
• Meeting budgeted sales velocity, targets, and monthly collection goals.
• Managing the end-to-end customer sales journey and establishing service protocols.
• Negotiating and preparing sales documentation and reports.
• Building and deepening relationships with providers, clients, institutions, and partners to generate referrals.
• Promoting the IndigoHomes/BlackIvy brand and its values.
• Participating in the design and launch of sales initiatives to maximise order bookings.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to protect and grow sales opportunities.
• Organising model-home viewings, site visits and networking events.
• Advising clients on suitable mortgage or self-financing options.

Required profile

• Proactive approach to meeting potential clients and building pipelines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Strong negotiation and documentation skills.
• Experience in managing customer-facing processes and service protocols.
• Comfort with analysing market trends and competitor movements.
