Sales Associate

About the role

IndigoHomes, an award‑winning real estate developer operating in Greater Accra, is seeking a Sales Associate to drive business‑to‑business sales, manage the customer journey and support the growth of the BlackIvy/IndigoHomes brand.

Key responsibilities

• Originate, lead and deliver B2B sales presentations.
• Analyze executed sales contracts, collate data and target potential B2B leads.
• Adhere to budgeted sales velocity and meet monthly sales‑collection targets.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer sales journey and establish protocols for all client‑facing interactions.
• Negotiate, prepare and maintain sales documentation and related reports.
• Build and deepen relationships with providers, clients, institutions and partners to generate referrals.
• Promote and enhance the BlackIvy/IndigoHomes brand identity and messaging.
• Participate in the design and launch of sales initiatives to maximise order booking.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to protect existing sales and uncover new opportunities.
• Achieve ambitious individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date client database, recording all sales activities.
• Organise and conduct model‑home viewings and site visits for prospective client groups.
• Recommend appropriate mortgage or self‑financing options to potential buyers.
• Identify, attend and represent the company at relevant networking and sales events.
• Provide timely sales information on promotions, processes and strategies to internal teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Experience in managing sales collections and customer‑facing processes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to analyse market data and identify sales opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
