Sales Consultant – Education Software (Remote)

About the role
This dynamic position focuses on generating leads for management information software aimed at education institutions across Africa. You will work remotely from Ghana, using cold‑calling, direct emailing and relationship building to drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business and sales opportunities within the education sector.
- Cold‑call and directly email prospective clients to generate leads.
- Achieve set call and outreach targets on a daily/weekly basis.
- Market and promote the management information software to schools, colleges and other educational bodies.
- Conduct ad‑hoc administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telecommunications or software.
- Evidence of successful conversion of leads into sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Energetic, ambitious and able to work independently.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer
- Base salary of $300 per month.
- Unlimited commission structure for successful client demos.
- Fully remote work (laptop and reliable internet connection required).
