Sales & Customer Service Representative

About the role

Pink Panda Bakery is seeking a friendly and proactive Sales & Customer Service Representative to join its growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose and order custom cakes while ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and other inquiries.
• Accurately take and process cake orders, confirming details and following up as needed.
• Coordinate orders with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Assist customers in selecting cake designs, sizes, and flavors.
• Maintain excellent service before, during, and after each sale.
• Keep accurate records of orders and payments.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and public holidays as scheduled.
• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is a plus.
