About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Engineer to join our team in Accra. You will combine technical expertise in solar energy with sales acumen to deliver customised solutions that help clients reduce carbon footprints while achieving cost savings.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify client requirements and propose tailored solar energy systems.
  • Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from proposal to implementation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to design and install solutions that meet specifications.
  • Address operational challenges and assist with system commissioning.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Strong communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.
  • Background in customer service and ability to resolve inquiries.
  • Relevant education such as HND in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field (preferred).
  • Project management or technical certifications are a plus.

  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
