Sales Executive

About the role

Origgin is looking for a full‑time Sales Executive to join its Accra office. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of our innovative energy solutions across Ghana by identifying new customers and nurturing lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and acquire new customers for Origgin’s electricity products.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to achieve repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor sales strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, negotiation and relationship building.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of energy solutions or technology‑based products is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Willingness to work on‑site and engage directly with clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
