Sales Executive

About the role

Raincoat Roofing Systems is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to guide customers through the complete process of selecting and installing roofing solutions. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with customers, are confident on the phone, and are motivated to grow sales.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers, understand their needs and present the company’s products and services.
• Manage a sales pipeline, follow up on leads and support customers from measurement through installation to final hand‑over.
• Respond quickly to enquiries, resolve issues with a positive attitude and work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• HND in Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Three to five years of proven sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, able to stay focused on meeting targets and willing to learn technical product details.
• Interest in the roofing sector; prior roofing knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
