Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue for Pro CeDi Group by promoting and selling self‑catering rooms, apartments and event spaces. You will combine direct sales, digital marketing and customer service to attract and retain clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and sell self‑catering rooms, apartments and event venues to prospective clients.
• Promote properties through Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, face‑to‑face meetings and group presentations.
• Prepare and deliver sales pitches, manage bookings and handle guest complaints.
• Conduct market research, maintain a database of insights and support management decisions.
• Oversee procurement decisions, manage petty‑cash budgets and approve critical expenditures when needed.
• Supervise caretakers, cleaners and domestic assistants, providing feedback and weekly reports.
• Perform risk assessments, monitor security/CCTV systems and report hazards.
• Maintain property operations such as reverse‑osmosis water systems, fire‑alarm testing and environmental management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing within hospitality or hotel services.
• Degree or HND in a relevant field.
• Ability to develop and update websites and produce tenancy agreements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, team‑oriented, able to work independently and handle ambiguous situations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• No criminal convictions or pending charges.
