About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to become the primary point of contact for Appolonia Connect telecom customers. You will manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure a seamless service experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead contact for all telecom customer account management matters.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify improvement areas to meet sales quotas.
  • Own customer issues, follow them through resolution, and continuously improve the service experience.
  • Liaise with the technical team for new connections, reconnections, and fibre deployments.
  • Support regulatory activities required to operate the telecom business.
  • Collaborate with the Utilities Manager on billing and revenue management to ensure profitability.
  • Prepare accurate reports, memos, and presentations for management.
  • Monitor communication channels, respond promptly to inquiries, and create innovative ways to increase brand awareness.

Required profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Officer or equivalent.
  • Solid experience using CRM software.
  • Mature, pragmatic, flexible and able to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a rigorous, organised approach.
  • High energy, result‑oriented and a strong work ethic.
