Sales Lead

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a dynamic Sales Lead to drive enrollment and revenue growth for its mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship services. This full‑time, on‑site position in Accra will involve building relationships with families, schools, and institutional partners to expand access to educational opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective families and institutional partners.
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and present tailored program solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports on leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing customer support.
• Represent Enlace at events, school visits, and community engagements.
• Train, coach, and guide junior sales or outreach team members to meet individual and team targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities with a focus on building trust.
• Proven sales experience, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing, preferably in education or related services.
• Experience in sales management and team coaching.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate records.
• WASSCE, Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian education landscape is an advantage.
