Sales Manager – Electronics & Mobile Accessories

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the promotion and distribution of our 3C electronics and mobile accessories across Accra and the Tema region. The role focuses on expanding market presence, acquiring new customers, and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand markets for the company's products.
• Drive sales and achieve agreed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct regular customer follow‑ups.
• Promote products through online and social media platforms.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
• Prepare regular sales and market development reports.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role (minimum 2 years).
• Experience in electronics, mobile accessories, screens, or spare parts is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target‑driven, proactive, and self‑motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
