Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the development and management of partner relationships and system integrators, ensuring high client satisfaction across public safety, airport, power and customs sectors. This role combines strategic planning, performance analysis, and hands‑on project execution to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with partners and system integrators.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Create and execute sales and marketing action plans, setting priorities for the department.
• Prepare performance reports, analyse data, and implement improvements for projects and accounts.
• Review contracts and billing for accuracy, submit invoices promptly, and resolve billing issues.
• Monitor inventory, track sales outflows, and manage related logistics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience with strong client networks in public safety, airports, power or customs industries.
• Experience in two‑way radio solutions or familiarity with critical communication, command centre and CCTV systems.
• Excellent oral and written English and local language communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude, self‑motivated, and a professional, ethical character.
