Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Accra and Tema, driving growth across our retail, fashion and FMCG portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long‑term customers.
• Supervise Junior Sales Executives, providing coaching, setting daily activities and monitoring performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, negotiate deals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, track performance against targets and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and coordinate with logistics, finance and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 3–6 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in FMCG, trading or industrial products.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience leading or supervising a sales team.
• Strong analytical, reporting and presentation abilities.
