Sales Manager

About the role

Pure Persona is seeking a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and expand its sales across B2C, B2B, gifting, retail, and consignment channels in Ghana. The role focuses on revenue growth, partnership development, and team leadership within a fast‑paced wellness brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets across multiple channels.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new B2B customers such as corporates, hotels, and wellness businesses.
• Drive direct‑to‑consumer sales through online platforms, WhatsApp, pop‑ups, and other channels.
• Grow corporate and individual gifting opportunities, handling bulk and seasonal orders.
• Manage relationships with consignment and retail partners, monitoring stock and performance.
• Plan and execute sales activations, pop‑ups, and events to generate leads and revenue.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent prospecting and follow‑ups.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team and promoters.
• Analyse sales data and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure effective campaigns and stock availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably managing both B2B and B2C.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in business development, account management, and customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with retail, distribution, or consignment partnerships is an advantage.
• Background in corporate gifting, FMCG, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality or premium consumer products preferred.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with ability to use sales data for growth.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, proactive and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment.
