Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Tema. The role focuses on driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and executing marketing initiatives that raise brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior.
• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Track, analyse and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Results‑oriented with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
